Assemble the Pizza
Spread the San Marzano tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough. Tear the fresh mozzarella into pieces and distribute it over the sauce. Crumble the goat cheese on top. Finally, add the roasted wild mushrooms.
- 3
Bake the Pizza
Bake the assembled pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- 4
Add Arugula and Truffle Oil
Remove the pizza from the oven and top it with fresh arugula. Drizzle black truffle oil over the pizza before slicing and serving.
