Preparation Steps

1

Steep the Hibiscus

Boil 4 cups of water in a pot. Once boiling, add the dried hibiscus flowers and remove from heat. Cover and let steep for about 15-20 minutes.

2

Prepare the Wildberry Mix

If using frozen wildberries, allow them to thaw slightly. If fresh, rinse well. Mash the wildberries lightly to release their juices.

3

Combine Ingredients

Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher, discarding the flowers. Add the mashed wildberries, fresh lemon juice, and peach bitters. Stir well to combine.

4

Serve

Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the hibiscus-wildberry mixture over the ice and top with sparkling or flat water as desired. Stir gently and enjoy!
