Spicy Mayo
Preparation of Tuna Tartare
1. Prepare the Fresh Tuna
Dice the fresh tuna into small cubes, approximately 1/2 inch in size. Make sure to use a sharp knife to avoid crushing the fish.
2. Mix the Tuna
In a medium bowl, combine the diced tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and finely chopped green onions. Gently fold the ingredients together until well mixed.

3. Make the Spicy Mayo
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and sesame seeds until smooth and well blended. Adjust the amount of sriracha to taste for desired spiciness.
Serving
4. Prepare the Avocado
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. Slice the avocado into thin wedges.
5. Plate the Tartare
On a serving plate, place a mound of the tuna mixture. Arrange the avocado slices around the tartare. Drizzle the spicy mayo over the top of the tuna tartare.
6. Garnish and Serve
Optionally, sprinkle additional sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top of the tartare for garnish. Serve immediately.
