Directions
- 1
Prepare the Lamb
In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 2
Shape the Kebabs
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into long, thin kebabs. You can use skewers if desired.
- 3
Cook the Kebabs
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and nicely charred.
- 4
Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the tomato sauce and stir to combine. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- 5
Serve
On a serving plate, place the grilled kebabs on top of the flatbread. Drizzle the tomato sauce over the kebabs. Serve with yogurt, grilled bell pepper, grilled tomato, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
