Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.

Make Vodka Sauce
In the same skillet, add vodka and simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked rigatoni and shrimp back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Garnish and Serve
Serve the vodka pasta topped with chopped parsley and candied bacon. Enjoy!
