Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Filet Mignon

Preheat your grill to high heat. Wrap each filet mignon with a slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks if necessary. Season with salt and pepper.

2

Grill the Filet

Place the bacon-wrapped filet mignon on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached. Remove from heat and let it rest.

3

Make the Mashed Potatoes

While the steak is resting, peel and chop the potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender (about 15-20 minutes). Drain and return to the pot. Add butter and milk, then mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4

Sauté the Green Beans

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add the green beans and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp. Season with salt and pepper.

5

Serve

Plate the mashed potatoes and green beans, then add the grilled filet mignon. Enjoy your meal!
