Cooking Instructions

1

Marinate the Ribeye

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Add the ribeye steak and ensure it is well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

2

Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with butter, adding milk or cream to achieve desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3

Sauté the Green Beans

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add trimmed green beans and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4

Grill the Ribeye

Preheat your grill to high heat. Remove the ribeye from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

5

Plate the Dish

On a plate, serve the grilled ribeye alongside a generous scoop of mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans.
