Ribeye Marinade

Method

Marinade Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, black pepper, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.

  2. 2

    Marinate Ribeye

Place the ribeye steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

  3. 3

    Cook the Ribeye

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribeye from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

  4. 4

    Rest and Serve

Remove the ribeye from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with homemade mashed potatoes and steamed green beans.
