Preparation

- 2
Prepare Egg Mixture
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- 3
Combine Mixtures
Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until just combined. Be careful not to deflate the mixture.
- 4
Add Dry Ingredients
Sift the all-purpose flour and pinch of salt over the batter. Fold gently until incorporated.

- 6
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the soufflés have risen and have a slight jiggle in the center. Do not open the oven door while baking.
- 7
Serve
Remove from the oven and serve immediately with homemade hot fudge, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream on top.
