Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Set Up Breading Station
In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot.

Fry the Chicken Tenders
Fry the breaded chicken strips in the hot oil for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken tenders from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with honey mustard sauce.
