Method
Ribs Preparation

Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season both sides generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Smoke the Ribs
Place the ribs in the smoker bone-side down and smoke for 4-5 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulling away from the bone.

Make the BBQ Sauce
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the Cole Slaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
