Cook the Beef
Add the ground beef to the pot, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add Flavorings
Stir in minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.

Combine with Beans and Tomatoes
Add the black beans, white beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and bourbon to the pot. Stir well to combine.

Simmer the Chili
Bring the mixture to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and let it cook uncovered for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Ladle the chili into bowls and garnish with green onions, sour cream, and shredded cheese as desired.
