Method

Wing Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated with the seasoning.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Smoker

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

  3. 3

    Smoke the Wings

Place the seasoned wings directly on the smoker grates. Smoke for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the wings are cooked through.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Melt the Sauce Ingredients

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined and heated through.

  2. 5

    Coat the Wings

Once the wings are done smoking, remove them from the smoker. Place the wings in a large bowl and pour the sauce over them. Toss until the wings are well coated in the sauce.

  3. 6

    Serve

Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter and enjoy!
