Filling Preparation
1. Prepare the Peaches
Wash, peel, and slice the fresh peaches. You should have about 6 cups of sliced peaches.
2. Mix the Filling Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Toss to coat the peaches evenly.
3. Melt the Butter
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the oven while it preheats to 350°F (175°C).

Once the butter is melted, pour the peach mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.

7. Pour Over Peaches
