Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the cucumber and red onion thinly.
Grilling the Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat them evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Assembling the Salad

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Toss gently to mix.

Add Grilled Chicken
Slice the grilled chicken breasts into strips and add them on top of the salad mixture.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the top of the salad. Toss gently to combine all ingredients and coat with dressing.
