Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Season the chicken tenders with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken tenders and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.

Assembling the Salad

In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Add the cooked chicken tenders, sliced into strips, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
