Prepare the Beef Brisket

Season the Brisket
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Rub this mixture all over the beef brisket, ensuring it is evenly coated.

Cook the Brisket
Place the seasoned brisket in a slow cooker. Pour the beef broth over the brisket. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the brisket is tender and easily shredded with a fork.

Shred the Beef
Once cooked, remove the brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Using two forks, shred the beef into bite-sized pieces.

Make Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss until the coleslaw is well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serve the Brisket
Place a generous amount of shredded brisket on each bun. Top with additional sauce from the slow cooker if desired.

Serve the coleslaw and green beans on the side of the brisket bun. Enjoy!
