Seafood Thai Noodles Recipe

Prepare the Noodles
Cook the thin rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Stir-fry the Seafood
In a wok or large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced red chili, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add Prawns and Squid
Add the prawns and squid to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the prawns turn pink and the squid is cooked through.

Combine with Noodles
Add the cooked rice noodles to the wok along with the soy sauce and fresh basil leaves. Toss everything together for another 2 minutes until evenly combined and heated through.

Serve hot with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the noodles.
