Marinate the Fish
In a bowl, mix the fish sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper. Add the sea bass fillets and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the Fish
Remove the sea bass from the marinade and place it in the hot skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Transfer the cooked sea bass to a serving plate. Top with crushed peanuts, chopped cilantro, and mint.
