Marinate the Sea Bass
In a bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add the sea bass fillets and coat them evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Pan
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

Carefully place the marinated sea bass fillets in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is golden brown and cooked through.

Once cooked, transfer the sea bass fillets to a serving platter. Top with crushed peanuts, chopped cilantro, and mint leaves.
