Mixing the Ingredients
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Pueblo Viejo tequila, Luxardo cherry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and Peychaud’s bitters. Shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute.

Adding Sparkling Wine
Top off the glass with Gruet Brut Rosé sparkling wine. Give it a gentle stir to combine.
