    Marinate the Fish

    In a bowl, combine the fish sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the sea bass fillets and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Prepare the Pan

    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Cook the Sea Bass

    Remove the marinated sea bass from the refrigerator and gently place them in the hot skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and golden brown.

    Prepare the Herb Topping

    While the fish is cooking, mix together the chopped cilantro, mint, basil, and crushed peanuts in a bowl.

    Serve

    Once the sea bass is cooked, transfer it to a serving plate. Top generously with the fresh herb and peanut mixture. Serve immediately.
