Mini Cheeseburger Ingredients

Method

Mini Cheeseburger Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into thin strips and place them in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. 3

Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.

  4. 4

    Make the Mini Burgers

While the fries are baking, shape the ground beef into 8 small patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

  5. 5

Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  6. 6

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  7. 7

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

  8. 8

    Assemble the Burgers

Slice the mini burger buns in half. Place a cheeseburger patty on the bottom half of each bun.

  9. 9

Top with ketchup, mustard, and pickles before placing the top half of the bun.

  10. 10

Serve the mini cheeseburgers with the baked fries on the side.
