Coat the Prawns
Add cornstarch to the marinated prawns and toss until evenly coated.

Prepare the Oat Mixture
In a separate bowl, combine the dried oats and chopped Thai chili.

Coat with Oats
Take each cornstarch-coated prawn and press it into the oat mixture, ensuring it is well coated.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).

Fry the Prawns
Carefully add the coated prawns to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the prawns from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot as an appetizer.
