Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare Sago

Rinse the sago pearls under cold water until the water runs clear. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil, then add the rinsed sago pearls. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until the sago becomes translucent, stirring occasionally.

  2. 2

    Prepare Pandan Infusion

In a separate saucepan, add the pandan leaves and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Strain the mixture to extract the pandan flavor.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Once the sago is cooked, drain and rinse it under cold water. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sago, coconut milk, coconut cream, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add the pandan infusion to the mixture and stir until well combined.

  4. 4

    Chill and Serve

Transfer the mixture to serving bowls or cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill. Serve cold and enjoy your Coconut Sago with Pandan!
