Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped cabbage, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 2
Stuff the Wrappers
Take a potsticker wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it in half to form a half-moon shape, and press the edges together to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- 3
Cook the Potstickers
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Place the potstickers in the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown. Pour in 1/4 cup of water, cover the skillet, and steam for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- 4
Serve with Dipping Sauce
Remove the potstickers from the skillet and serve hot with black vinegar dipping sauce on the side.
