Make the Base
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.

Flavor the Base
Divide the base mixture into three bowls. In the first bowl, leave the base as is for vanilla flavor. In the second bowl, whisk in cocoa powder for chocolate flavor. In the third bowl, mix in strawberry puree for strawberry flavor.

Chill the Mixtures
Cover each bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely chilled.

Churn the Ice Cream
Pour each flavor into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

Freeze
Transfer the churned ice cream to airtight containers and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and enjoy!
