Marinate the Tuna

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper. Place the Bluefin tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat. If using a charcoal grill, make sure the coals are glowing red and covered in white ash.

Cooking

Grill the Tuna

Remove the tuna from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Grill the tuna steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your preferred doneness.

Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the tuna from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with microgreens, sliced radishes, and lemon wedges for garnish.
