Preparation

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Marinate the Fish

Place the white seabass in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

Grill the Seabass

Remove the seabass from the marinade and place it on the preheated grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve

Once cooked, remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with extra parsley if desired.
