Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Marinate the Halibut

Place the Wild Alaskan Halibut fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish. Ensure the fillets are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

Grill the Halibut

Remove the halibut from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place the fillets on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the halibut from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
