Preparation

1

Prepare the Tofu

Drain the tofu and press it between paper towels or a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.

2

Chop the Vegetables

Wash and chop the vegetables into uniform pieces for even cooking. Set aside.

3

Mince the Garlic and Ginger

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves and ginger.

Cooking

4

Sauté the Tofu

In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed tofu and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown on all sides.

5

Add Garlic and Ginger

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet with the tofu. Sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

6

Cook the Vegetables

Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

7

Season the Dish

Pour the soy sauce over the tofu and vegetable mixture. Stir well to combine and let cook for another 2 minutes.

8

Finish and Serve

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish and toss to combine. If using, add chili flakes and chopped green onions. Serve hot.
