Preparation

Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in 1 oz of 2Bar Spirits Whiskey, 1 oz of Tariquet VS Armagnac, 1 oz of Turmeon Sweet Vermouth, and 1 oz of Benedictine.

Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes each of Angostura Bitters and Peychaud's Bitters to the mixing glass.

Stir the Mixture
Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute the ingredients.
Serving

Strain into Glass
Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture from the mixing glass into the cocktail glass.

Garnish
Garnish your Vieux Carre with a strip of lemon peel and a maraschino cherry.
