Preparation of Fruits
1. Wash and Prepare Fruits
Thoroughly wash the strawberries, blueberries, and grapes under cold water. Remove the stems from strawberries and slice them into halves. Peel and slice the bananas into rounds. Peel the kiwis and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Core and chop the apple into small cubes. Peel the orange and segment it into bite-sized pieces.
Mixing the Salad
2. Combine Fruits
In a large mixing bowl, add the prepared strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, kiwi pieces, apple cubes, grape clusters, and orange segments. Gently toss the fruits together to combine them evenly.
Optional Dressing
3. Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl, mix together the honey and lemon juice until well combined. Add the mint leaves and gently muddle them to release their flavor.
Serving
5. Serve Chilled
Transfer the fruit salad to a serving bowl or individual cups. Optionally, garnish with additional mint leaves. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for a chilled treat.
