Lavender Simple Syrup

Prepare the Lavender Simple Syrup
In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of dried lavender, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.

Steep and Cool
Once boiling, remove from heat and let the mixture steep for 15-20 minutes. Strain out the lavender and let it cool completely before using.
Earl Grey Simple Syrup

Prepare the Earl Grey Simple Syrup
In a separate saucepan, combine 2 Earl Grey tea bags and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil.

Add Sugar
Once boiling, remove from heat and add 1 cup of granulated sugar. Stir until fully dissolved.

Steep and Cool
Let the tea steep for 15 minutes, then remove the tea bags and allow the syrup to cool.
Honey Simple Syrup

Prepare the Honey Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of honey with 1 cup of water. Warm over low heat, stirring until the honey is fully dissolved.

Cool Down
Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before using.
Final Mixture

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass or shaker, combine 1 tablespoon of Trebbiano Bianco vinegar and 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice.

Add Simple Syrups
Add 1 ounce of lavender simple syrup, 1 ounce of Earl Grey simple syrup, and 1 ounce of honey simple syrup to the mixture.

Mix and Serve
Stir gently or shake with ice to chill. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish as desired.
