Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Dry and Wet Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; do not overmix. The batter should be slightly lumpy.
Cooking the Pancakes

Preheat and Grease Skillet
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease the skillet with butter or cooking spray.

Cook Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving

Remove pancakes from the skillet and serve warm with maple syrup and fresh berries on top. Enjoy!
