Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling your glass. Place a rocks glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the drink.

Combine the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add 1 oz of Berto Gin, 1 oz of Berto Bitter, and 1 oz of Berto Rosso Vermouth.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with 6 ice cubes to chill and dilute the mixture.

Stir the Mixture
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Remove the ice water from the chilled rocks glass (if used) and strain the mixture from the mixing glass into the prepared glass.

Garnish
Express the oils from a slice of orange peel over the drink and drop it into the glass as a garnish.
