Preparation
- 1
Chill the Champagne
Place the bottle of champagne in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is well chilled.
- 2
Juicing the Oranges
If using fresh oranges, cut them in half and juice them using a citrus juicer until you have 4 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain to remove pulp if desired.
- 3
Mixing the Mimosas
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice with the chilled champagne. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to lose the bubbles.
- 4
Garnishing
Cut the remaining fresh oranges into wedges or slices for garnish. Place one on the rim of each glass before serving.
- 5
Serving
Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes, filling each glass about halfway. Serve immediately and enjoy!
