In a non-stick skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are desired doneness (sunny-side up or over-easy). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.

Layer the Chilaquiles
In a large serving platter or individual bowls, spread the corn tortilla chips evenly. Pour the green salsa over the chips, ensuring they are well-coated.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the salsa-covered chips. The heat from the salsa will help melt the cheese slightly.

Top with Fried Eggs
Carefully place the fried eggs on top of the cheesy chilaquiles.
