1. Prepare the Croutons

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the bread slices and toast them in the skillet until golden brown on both sides. Remove from heat and cut into cubes.

2. Char the Cheese

Slice the Hornbacher cheese into thick slices. In the same skillet, place the cheese slices and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until charred and slightly melted. Remove and set aside.
