Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Steak Tips
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak tips with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and sauté until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Create the Marsala Sauce
Pour the Marsala wine into the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Let it simmer for about 3 minutes to reduce slightly. Add the beef broth and bring to a simmer.

Combine Everything
Add the sautéed steak tips back into the skillet along with the fresh spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes. Toss in the cooked penne pasta and mix well to combine.

Serve
Serve the Steak Tip Marsala hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
