1. Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat them in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Take a warm tortilla, place a piece of grilled fish on it, top with the cabbage slaw, and drizzle with lime crema. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
