Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Basa

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse the basa fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides of each fillet with salt and black pepper.

2

Sauté the Aromatics

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3

Add the Vegetables

Stir in the artichoke hearts, black olives, capers, roasted red peppers, and diced tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are heated through and slightly softened.

4

Combine and Bake

Nestle the seasoned basa fillets into the vegetable mixture, spooning some of the mixture over the fillets. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

5

Garnish and Serve

Remove the skillet from the oven, sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the top, and serve hot.
