Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, season with salt and pepper.
Dredge in Flour
Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess.
Egg Wash
In a bowl, beat the eggs and dip each floured chicken breast into the egg mixture.
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, then add white wine, lemon juice, and chicken broth. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Combine
Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, spooning sauce over the chicken.
Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with the sauce.
