Preparation

1

Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Make the Cheese Sauce

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly to create a roux. Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese, Gruyère cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth. Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat.

3

Combine Pasta and Cheese Sauce

In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and cheese sauce, mixing well to coat the pasta.

4

Prepare Breadcrumb Topping

In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, parsley, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

Baking

5

Assemble and Bake

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb topping over the macaroni and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

6

Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious Lobster Mac and Cheese topped with seasoned breadcrumbs!
