Brioche

    Prepare the Dough

    In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast, let sit for 5 minutes. Add sugar, salt, eggs, and butter. Mix well.

    Knead and Rise

    Gradually add flour to the mixture and knead until smooth. Let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.

    Shape and Bake

    Shape dough into loaves, place in greased pans, and let rise again for 30 minutes. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.

Sourdough

    Mix Ingredients

    Combine sourdough starter, water, and salt in a bowl. Gradually add bread flour until a dough forms.

    Knead and Ferment

    Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Cover and let ferment at room temperature for 4-12 hours.

    Shape and Bake

    Shape the dough into a loaf, place it in a floured banneton, and let it proof for 2-4 hours. Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 30-35 minutes.

Multigrain Tortillas

    In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, cornmeal, and salt. Mix in warm water and olive oil until a dough forms.

    Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
