Prepare the White BBQ Sauce

Make the Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and refrigerate until ready to use.
Cook the Chicken and Bacon

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Assemble the Sandwiches

Build the Sandwich
Slice French rolls in half. Place sliced grilled chicken on the bottom half, top with white BBQ sauce, crispy bacon, and a slice of pepper jack cheese. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and serve warm.
