Prepare the Glass
Rub the rim of a chilled martini glass with a lemon wedge to moisten. Dip the rim into granulated sugar to create a sugared rim.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Ketel One Citroen Vodka, Island Blue Liqueur, and Sour Mix.
Shake and Strain
Shake well until the mixture is chilled. Strain into the prepared martini glass.
