Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Begin by cutting the ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces. Chop the onion, mince the garlic, and slice the mushrooms. Set aside the diced tomatoes.
- 2
Sauté the Beef
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ribeye pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Sauté until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

- 4
Combine with Tomatoes
Stir in the diced tomatoes and bring the mixture to a simmer. Reduce the heat and let it cook for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 5
Transfer to Clay Pot
Carefully transfer the beef and vegetable mixture into a clay pot. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Once baked, remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot with a side of rice pilaf and onion salad.
