Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge each breast in all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess.
- 2
Pan-Seer the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

- 4
Make the Sauce
Pour in the Marsala wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 5
Combine Chicken and Sauce
Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- 6
Serve
Plate the chicken and spoon the creamy mushroom Marsala sauce over it. Serve with your choice of side.
