Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Steak

In a bowl, season the thinly sliced steak with ranch seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

2

Cook the Vegetables

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3

Cook the Steak

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Increase heat to high and add the seasoned steak. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the steak is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

4

Combine Ingredients

Return the cooked vegetables to the skillet with the steak. Mix well to combine and heat through.

5

Melt the Cheese

Place the provolone cheese slices over the steak and vegetable mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

6

Assemble the Sandwich

Serve the cheesesteak mixture on a hoagie roll or your choice of bread. Drizzle with Steakhouse Ranch dressing and top with fried jalapenos.
